Some of our competitors try to insinuate that lower cost equates to lower quality, but this is simply untrue. We have developed our business model so we have as little overhead as possible. By providing the most affordable hair transplant procedures and the greatest value, we do not need to spend millions of dollars per year on advertising like our competitors. For most of our patients, one of the first questions in their mind is “how much will my procedure cost?” One of our goals is to ensure that our procedures are affordable to all of our patients by combining our low hair transplant costs, several financing plans and alternative payment options. Over the past 20 years, our experienced and skilled surgeons have performed over 100,000 transplant surgeries. Our surgeons, their staff and our patient advisors want to provide you with the quality and value that you deserve.

Cash Payment

Cash may be used to pay your balance on the day of your surgery. However, we do not accept cash as a form of payment for deposits or advance surgery payments.

Personal Check

A personal check may be used for your deposit and/or advanced surgery payments only. Deposit checks must be received within 3 days of booking your appointment, and at least thirty days before your surgery date. There will be a $100 return check fee before an alternative deposit can be transacted for any returned checks. A personal check may be used for advanced surgery payment. The payment must be received at least thirty days prior to your surgery date.

Credit Card

Credit cards may be used as deposit, advanced surgery and balance payments. This is HRC’s preferred method of payment. If using a bank/debit card such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express please be sure to check your daily spending limit with your bank prior to your procedure date.

Cashiers’s Check / Money Order

Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders may be used as deposit, advanced surgery and/or balance payments. Because these tenders are for a specific amount, this may not always match your balance after your procedure if you are planning to use for your balance payment. If your balance payment is more than the amount on the face of the check or money order, you will be required to provide additional payment at that time. Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders must be received within 3 days of booking your appointment if being used for a deposit payment and at least thirty days before your surgery date. Any advanced surgery payments using a check or money order much also be received at least thirty days prior to your surgery date.

Enhanced Patient Financing

What is a deposit and why is it required?

Your deposit payment is made in advance of your surgery that preserves your appointment time. Because hair restoration surgery is one of the most sought-after cosmetic procedures, HRC only books surgery appointments along with a deposit to prevent missed appointments and last minute cancellations. Deposit payments may vary and should be discussed with your Patient Advisor.

Are deposits refundable?

A deposit is only refundable up to two weeks prior to your scheduled surgery appointment. If a cancellation is necessary within the two weeks prior to your appointment, there are two options-a deposit transfer or a deposit forfeiture. Your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled procedure appointment in future. However, your deposit will be forfeited if arrangements to reschedule your surgery appointment are not made within 7 days of the cancellation. If you do not show up on your appointment date, your deposit will be automatically forfeited.

When do I pay my balance payment on my surgery day?

Balance payments are paid preliminarily upon check-in by way of authorization.

• All credit cards will be authorized for the estimated amount prior to your procedure.
• Cash, money orders and cashier’s checks will be procured and authorized prior to your procedure.
• Finance accounts, such as Lending Club or Enhanced will be pre-charged.
• Additional payment form(s) will be discussed and documented.

Once a final graft count for your procedure is known, authorizations and pre-charges will be finalized and, if required, additional payment form(s) will be processed.
